Why repair

Replacement is rarely the only option

Most damage we see is cosmetic or localised. Chips, cracks, scratches, burns and worn finishes can be repaired and re-finished so the surface performs and looks right again.

Lower cost than replacement

A repair addresses the damaged area only, so you avoid the cost of a new item plus removal, fitting and making good.

Far less disruption

Most repairs are completed in place in hours rather than days. Rooms, bathrooms and workspaces go back into use quickly.

Keeps the existing surface

No strip-out, no matching a discontinued product, no knock-on decorating or tiling work around the replacement.

Less waste to landfill

Repairing a serviceable bath, worktop or panel keeps it out of a skip and avoids the impact of manufacturing a replacement.

How it works

Four steps from photo to fix

  1. 01

    Send photographs

Use the enquiry form with photographs of the damage, the item affected and your full address and postcode.

  2. 02

    Receive a quotation

We confirm whether a repair is suitable and quote for the work. If a repair is not the right answer, we will tell you.

  3. 03

    Book a convenient visit

Domestic visits are arranged around you. Commercial work is scheduled around occupancy, trading hours and handover dates.

  4. 04

    Repair completed on site

The damaged area is repaired, colour matched and re-finished, and the area is left clean and ready to use.

Who we work with

Commercial sectors we support

Planned and reactive cosmetic surface repairs for organisations that need damage put right without the cost, waste and downtime of replacement. Around a quarter of our work is residential, and the same standard of finish applies throughout.

Core market

Construction & property development

Around a third of our work supports construction, development and new-build projects — main contractors, housebuilders, developers and fit-out teams who need damaged finishes brought up to handover standard without replacement.

Apartment blocks, multi-unit schemes, snagging repairs and commercial fit-outs, planned around live programmes.

Coverage

Where we cover

We travel to domestic and commercial repairs across the UK, with regional coverage depending on the size and type of work.

Service areas

Reassurance

An honest assessment, before any work begins

Send photographs of the damage and we will tell you plainly whether it can be repaired, what the finish will look like and how long the work will take. Where a surface is genuinely beyond repair, we will say so.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can any damaged surface be repaired?

Most cosmetic and localised damage can be repaired, including chips, cracks, scratches, burns and holes. Where a surface is structurally beyond repair we will say so rather than quote for work that will not last.

Will the repair be noticeable?

Repairs are colour and finish matched to the surrounding surface. On most finishes a completed repair blends into the existing surface in normal lighting.

How long does a repair take?

The majority of repairs are completed within a few hours on site. Larger or multi-item works are programmed in advance so you know exactly how long the area will be out of use.

Do you work in occupied homes and buildings?

Yes. Work areas are protected and left clean, and commercial visits can be scheduled outside trading or occupancy hours where required.

How do I get a price?

Send photographs of the damage along with the item affected and your full address and postcode through the enquiry form, and we will quote from those details.
